The research phase of this project was extensive and detailed, laying a strong groundwork for the project's launch. The product research involved observations in intensive care units and internal departments at Rambam, Assaf Harofeh, and Beilinson hospitals. Interviews were conducted with nurses, doctors, and other medical professionals.

 

As a result, an initial consensus on the product was reached, focusing on ease of use and minimizing the potential for error.

 

The product's design language was developed in collaboration with end users. A group of nurses participated in a meeting where various product concepts were showcased, ultimately choosing the more user-friendly design and the color blue.
